The Ballad of the "Griz"
Grizzly is the product of a longstanding dream, finally realized in the North Country of New York. Joshua Hagen, a 15 year Army Veteran, started detailing cars at the age of 16. Quickly graduating from polishing up his fathers Corvette to detailing for friends and family, Josh’s detailing finally evolved to a full-fledged business operation.
When he moved to Fort Drum with the Army in 2018, he knew it was time to pull out all the stops. Inspired by his wife, affectionately known as Mrs. Grizzly, Josh launched Grizzly Auto Detailing. He was immediately overwhelmed by the outpouring of popular support and love that he received from the North Country community.
Sensing the overwhelming love from the people of Upstate, New York, Josh decided to expand his business. Now Grizzly Auto Detailing has expanded out of his garage – to mobile detailing in both Watertown and the Syracuse area. His mobile detailing vans are bringing his same brand of high-quality, passionate auto detailing to a broader audience than ever.
Now, “The Griz” is setting his sights on the next goal – spreading his passion for auto detailing across the greater Northeast, while maintaining the same quality, the same attention to detail and the same passion for perfection as ever. As Grizzly Auto Detailing continues to evolve, Josh refuses to loose site of the passion for perfection that first launched his detailing journey.
